A credit or debit card payment is required as a deposit to secure your reservation. The first night is charged in FULL for your confirmed booking. The FULL balance is payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that on receiving 24 hours notice or more of your cancellation by telephone we will re-imburse your deposit in full. Customers are requested to inform Grove Guest House no later than 10 am on the day preceeding your confirmed booking. Otherwise the first night of your planned stay will be charged in full.

Group Tariff and Bookings
Group bookings of five or more customers must be advised to the Hotel Manager for price and terms. Cancellation notice period for group bookings of 5 or more will be advised at time of booking.
